returns and refunds

Customer service is of upmost importance to us.

Returns and refunds will only be honoured if proof of the following occurs: 

- The good(s) received are damaged. (For example, broken, dismantled). 

- Wrong product was received 

- Refunds will not be honoured for change of mind 

- Proof of purchase is necessary via receipt

How to initiative a return: 

- Contact us and a delivery address will be provided 

- Product must be returned in the same condition it was received, within 5 business days, and with the original packaging

- Delivery method, postage and handling to be specified by the manufacturer

- Return postage fee will be incurred by the returnee 

-Product must remain unused and unopened. 

- Refund will only be honoured once the above has been reviewed

- Please note that all our products are natural and hand made. This means, that no 2 items will appear the same. Please refer to our 'care' section to ensure that you are using your products as intended. 

By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. 

Shipping Policy: 

- All items incur a $9.95 postage fee for orders under $150 within Australia only 

- Allow 7-12 business days to receive your parcel
